PSPC Leadership Induction Program Batch-3: Assessment Center Exercise Conducted at NIBAF Islamabad

Islamabad, January 19, 2026: NIBAF Pakistan successfully conducted the Assessment Center Exercise as part of the PSPC Leadership Induction Program (PLIP) – Batch-3 from January 15 to 16, 2026, at its Islamabad campus. The module was designed to evaluate and enhance leadership competencies among participants through structured, evidence-based assessment methodologies.

The exercise was facilitated by a team of expert assessors, including Mr. Sardar Shah, Dr. Shahid Mehmood Hashmi, and Mr. Javed Iqbal. Participants underwent a comprehensive evaluation process that focused on behavioral assessment, decision-making skills, interpersonal competencies, and overall leadership potential.

Through the use of standardized leadership assessment tools and simulations, the module aimed to identify strengths and developmental areas for participants. Competency mapping formed a key component of the exercise, allowing the facilitators to create detailed profiles of each participant’s abilities, behavioral traits, and readiness for higher responsibilities within PSPC.

The Assessment Center Exercise also emphasized practical application, enabling participants to engage in real-world leadership scenarios that tested problem-solving, team management, and strategic thinking skills. Feedback sessions were conducted to provide actionable insights, helping participants understand areas for improvement and formulate personal development plans.

This module is part of NIBAF’s broader commitment to building a strong leadership pipeline for the public sector, ensuring that PSPC is equipped with skilled and competent leaders capable of driving organizational excellence. By combining scientific assessment methodologies with practical exercises, the program contributes to enhancing performance, accountability, and decision-making capabilities of future leaders.

The successful completion of this exercise underlines NIBAF’s focus on integrating global best practices in leadership development and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within Pakistan’s financial institutions.
