PSPC Leadership Induction Program Batch-3 Hosts Digital Transformation & Change Management Session

NIBAF Pakistan conducted a specialised training session on Digital Transformation & Change Management as part of the PSPC Leadership Induction Program (PLIP) – Batch-3, aimed at equipping participants with strategic knowledge and practical frameworks to lead digital initiatives and manage organizational change effectively.

Held on January 21, 2026, at NIBAF Pakistan in Islamabad, the session was facilitated by Mr. Tanveer Ahmed, Director at HEC and World Bank Consultant, who brought extensive experience in guiding digital transformation and organizational change programs across public and private sectors.

The training focused on key aspects of digital strategy alignment, highlighting how organizations can integrate technology initiatives with business objectives to drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth. Participants learned to assess organizational readiness, identify gaps in processes and systems, and develop actionable plans to implement digital solutions successfully.

Change leadership formed a core part of the discussion, emphasizing how leaders can manage resistance, engage stakeholders, and cultivate a culture of adaptability in complex organizational environments. Practical frameworks were presented to guide participants through transformation processes, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation.

Interactive sessions and case studies allowed participants to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios, improving their ability to navigate challenges commonly faced during digital and operational transformations. Participants explored methods to balance technology adoption with people-centric approaches, ensuring that innovation delivers measurable outcomes while maintaining workforce engagement.

The session also underscored the importance of integrating risk management and compliance considerations into digital initiatives. Participants discussed strategies to anticipate potential disruptions, monitor performance metrics, and continuously refine transformation plans to achieve desired results.

By combining strategic insights with practical tools, the session aimed to strengthen participants’ capacity to lead digital transformation projects effectively within the Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (PSPC) and similar operational environments.

This training aligns with the broader objectives of the PLIP – Batch-3, which seeks to develop informed, capable, and forward-thinking leaders equipped to drive operational excellence, innovation, and organizational resilience. Participants left the session with enhanced understanding of how to leverage technology strategically and lead change in highly regulated and operationally complex institutions.

Overall, the Digital Transformation & Change Management session reinforced NIBAF Pakistan’s commitment to providing high-quality, experiential leadership development opportunities, bridging technical, strategic, and managerial learning for the next generation of PSPC leaders.
