ICMA Pakistan And ACCA To Host Webinar On Pathway Exam Process

ICMA Pakistan’s Global Linkages Committee, in collaboration with ACCA, is set to host an informative webinar on the Pathway Exam Process under their Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA). The online session will provide Fellow Members with detailed information about the examination pathway, including admission requirements, required documentation, examination structure, marking scheme and preparation guidance.

The webinar is scheduled for Monday, August 24, 2026, and will be accessible to participants at different timings across the region. The session will begin at 2:00 PM KSA Standard Time, 3:00 PM UAE and Oman Standard Time, and 4:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time. The programme is intended to provide Fellow Members with a clearer understanding of the steps involved in pursuing the Pathway Exam and the requirements they need to fulfil before appearing for the assessment.

The session is being organised through the collaboration between ICMA Pakistan and ACCA under their Strategic Partnership Agreement. The partnership provides a platform for professional engagement between the two accounting bodies, while the upcoming webinar is focused specifically on providing practical information to members regarding the Pathway Exam Process.

A key part of the webinar will be the discussion of admission requirements. Participants will be guided through the conditions and requirements applicable to the Pathway Exam, allowing Fellow Members to understand what is required before beginning the examination process. The session will also cover documentation requirements, providing participants with information about the necessary paperwork and related procedures.

The webinar will further explain the structure of the Pathway Exam and the marking scheme. Understanding the examination format and assessment criteria can help candidates prepare more effectively and gain clarity on how their performance will be evaluated. The speakers will also share preparation tips aimed at helping participants approach the examination with a better understanding of its requirements.

Muhammad Yousuf, FCMA, ACCA, CEO of Yousaf Siddiqui & Co., will be one of the speakers at the webinar. His professional background in accounting and finance will contribute to the session’s discussion on the Pathway Exam Process and related requirements.

Khurram Iqbal, Business Relationship Manager at ACCA Pakistan, will also speak during the session. His participation will provide an ACCA Pakistan perspective on the pathway and the information relevant to members considering the examination route.

The webinar is particularly relevant for ICMA Pakistan Fellow Members seeking information about the Pathway Exam and the process involved in pursuing it. By bringing together representatives with professional and institutional experience, the session is expected to address questions surrounding admission, documentation, examination requirements and preparation.

The event also provides an opportunity for members to gain information directly through a structured online session rather than relying solely on individual enquiries. The discussion will cover the main stages of the Pathway Exam Process, giving participants an overview of the requirements they need to consider and the steps involved.

The programme reflects the continued professional engagement between ICMA Pakistan and ACCA under the Strategic Partnership Agreement. Such sessions can provide members with access to information about professional qualifications, examination pathways and related opportunities while strengthening communication between professional accounting institutions and their members.

ICMA Pakistan and ACCA have invited relevant members to participate in the webinar on August 24. With the session covering both procedural requirements and preparation guidance, participants will be able to gain information about the examination process, documentation, marking scheme and other considerations associated with the Pathway Exam.

The webinar will take place at 4:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time, making it accessible to members across Pakistan. Participants can register through the registration link provided by ICMA Pakistan for the session.
