NIBAF Pakistan Announces One Day Executive Training On Business Meetings And Presentation Skills

NIBAF Pakistan has announced a one day executive training programme titled “Effective Business Meetings and Presentation Skills” for banking professionals seeking to strengthen their capabilities in business meetings and executive presentations. The intensive training session is scheduled to take place on September 17, 2026, at the NIBAF Pakistan Karachi Campus. The programme will run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and is designed for professionals across different levels of the banking sector who are involved in participating in, leading or delivering business meetings and executive presentations.

The training has been structured around practical workplace requirements, with a particular focus on professionals who need to communicate effectively in business and executive settings. According to NIBAF Pakistan, the programme is intended for banking professionals who are responsible for conducting or contributing to business meetings as well as those required to deliver presentations at the executive level. The one day format will provide participants with an opportunity to focus specifically on meeting and presentation skills within a professional banking environment.

The programme will be facilitated by Mr. Muhammad Shehzad Dhedhi, a Fellow Chartered Accountant and executive leader with more than 24 years of global experience in financial strategy, corporate governance and institutional leadership. His professional background includes experience in the financial sector, including a career as a corporate banker. He has held strategic roles at major institutions such as HBL, Credit Suisse and Bank Alfalah, giving him extensive exposure to financial services and institutional management.

Mr. Dhedhi is also the Founder of CFO Club Pakistan and serves as Chief Executive Officer of ESGHexa. His work focuses on developing management and leadership capabilities, particularly by helping technical managers strengthen their leadership skills and move towards higher levels of professional performance. His approach combines operational discipline with strategic growth frameworks aimed at supporting commercial performance and effective leadership within organisations.

The training is being offered at a fee of PKR 18,000 plus applicable tax per person. Participants and organisations interested in nominating banking professionals for the programme are required to complete their nominations by September 16, 2026, one day before the scheduled training. The programme will be held at the NIBAF Pakistan Karachi Campus and will begin at 9:00 AM, continuing until 5:00 PM on September 17.

NIBAF Pakistan has positioned the programme for banking professionals at various levels rather than limiting participation to a specific management grade. The target audience includes professionals whose responsibilities involve business meetings, executive presentations and related communication requirements. This makes the programme relevant to individuals who regularly communicate with colleagues, management, clients or other stakeholders as part of their professional responsibilities.

The emphasis on effective business meetings and presentations comes as financial sector professionals increasingly require strong communication capabilities alongside their technical knowledge. Banking professionals frequently participate in meetings where information, strategies and business matters need to be presented clearly to different audiences. The training therefore focuses on an area that is directly connected with the day to day responsibilities of professionals working across different functions of the banking sector.

The facilitator’s experience across banking, financial strategy and corporate governance is also a central part of the programme. Mr. Dhedhi’s professional career has included roles at HBL, Credit Suisse and Bank Alfalah, while his current leadership positions at CFO Club Pakistan and ESGHexa provide additional exposure to management and organisational development. His background combines financial expertise with executive leadership experience, which aligns with the programme’s focus on business meetings and executive presentations.

NIBAF Pakistan has invited eligible professionals and organisations to submit nominations and seek further information ahead of the deadline. For nominations and details, participants can contact registration@nibaf.gov.pk or marketing@nibaf.org.pk. The organisation has also provided telephone numbers 021-35277511 and 051-9269850 for enquiries, while WhatsApp assistance is available at 0303 0652963.

The programme is scheduled as a full day session, giving participants a dedicated eight hour training window from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. With the nomination deadline set for September 16, professionals and institutions interested in attending will need to complete the nomination process before the programme date. The Karachi Campus will host the session on September 17, bringing together banking professionals seeking to improve their capabilities in business meetings and executive presentations.

Through the programme, NIBAF Pakistan is continuing its focus on professional training for the banking sector, with this session specifically addressing communication and presentation requirements. The training combines the expertise of an experienced financial sector executive with a targeted one day format for banking professionals. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in a programme led by an experienced banking and financial strategy professional while focusing on skills relevant to their workplace responsibilities.
