Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited (PSX:ICIBL) has shifted its registered office from Sindh to Punjab following approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The company has moved its registered office to Lahore, while its existing Karachi office will continue to operate as a branch.
The company’s new registered office is located at 131-A, P-Street, Upper Mall Scheme, Lahore. The change in registered office jurisdiction follows the approval granted by SECP, allowing Invest Capital Investment Bank to formally move its registered corporate address from Sindh to Punjab.
Despite the change in registered office, the company will maintain its presence in Karachi through its existing office, which will now function as a branch. This means the relocation of the registered office does not represent the closure of the company’s Karachi operations, with the office continuing to serve as part of the bank’s branch network.
Invest Capital Investment Bank disclosed the change under Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, along with Clause 5.6.1(a) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations. The disclosure was made through a notification submitted to the exchange, with the SECP order attached as supporting documentation for the change.
The regulatory approval provides the formal basis for the change in the company’s registered office location. The registered office is now officially situated in Lahore, Punjab, while the Karachi location has been designated as a branch office following completion of the relevant regulatory process.
The disclosure was disseminated to the Pakistan Stock Exchange along with the supporting SECP documentation. Such notifications are part of the disclosure requirements applicable to listed companies, enabling shareholders and market participants to remain informed about material corporate and regulatory changes.
