National Bank of Pakistan Partners with TouchPoint to Enhance ATM Network Efficiency

The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) has formed a strategic partnership with TouchPoint, a leading provider of self-service solutions, to enhance and optimize the operational efficiency of over 1,200 Diebold Nixdorf ATMs across NBP branches nationwide.

The official signing ceremony, held at the National Bank Head Office in Karachi, marked a significant milestone in the collaboration between NBP and TouchPoint. The event was attended by key representatives from both organizations, including Mr. Sohail Malik, Acting Chief Digital Officer, and Mr. Amin Manji, Chief Information Officer of NBP. Representing Diebold Nixdorf were Mr. Habib Hanna, Vice President of ME and Retail MEA, and Mr. Osama Awad, Area Manager. TouchPoint was represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Tabish Salah, and Executive Director, Mr. Haider Wahab.

During the ceremony, attendees engaged in insightful discussions on the evolving landscape of self-service solutions in Pakistan’s banking sector, emphasizing the critical role of such partnerships in driving innovation and enhancing customer experiences.

This collaboration aims to significantly improve the reach and efficiency of NBP’s ATM network, providing customers with a more convenient and seamless banking experience.
