NIBAF Hosts Printing Techniques Training for PSPC Leadership Induction Program Batch-3

NIBAF Pakistan conducted a specialised training session on Printing Techniques as part of the PSPC Leadership Induction Program (PLIP) – Batch-3, aimed at strengthening participants’ understanding of secure printing operations and industry best practices.

The session was held on January 22, 2026, at NIBAF Pakistan in Islamabad and formed part of the structured leadership development framework designed for future leaders within the Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (PSPC). The training focused on key aspects of modern printing operations, including printing processes, quality standards, and operational controls essential for high-security printing environments.

The session was facilitated by Mr. Sarwar Azeem, Manager Printing at PSPC, who brought extensive industry experience and technical expertise to the program. Through practical explanations and real-world examples, the facilitator provided participants with an in-depth overview of contemporary printing techniques used in secure and regulated environments.

During the training, participants were introduced to various printing processes relevant to security printing, with emphasis on precision, consistency, and adherence to strict quality benchmarks. Discussions covered process control mechanisms that ensure uniform output, minimise defects, and maintain the integrity of printed materials, which is critical in high-security applications.

Quality assurance was a central theme of the session, highlighting the importance of systematic checks, monitoring protocols, and continuous improvement practices. Participants gained insight into how quality standards are implemented and maintained across different stages of the printing lifecycle, from pre-press to final output.

The session also addressed operational best practices, focusing on efficiency, risk management, and compliance with security requirements. These discussions were designed to equip future leaders with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions, oversee complex printing operations, and uphold organisational standards.

As part of the PLIP framework, the training aimed to bridge technical understanding with leadership responsibilities. By developing familiarity with core operational processes, participants are better positioned to lead teams, manage resources effectively, and contribute to organisational excellence within PSPC.

NIBAF Pakistan continues to play a key role in capacity building and professional development for financial and allied institutions. Through targeted programs such as PLIP, NIBAF supports the development of skilled leadership capable of navigating technical, operational, and strategic challenges.

The Printing Techniques session was well received by participants, who noted the practical value of the insights shared and their relevance to real-world operational contexts. The engagement reinforced the importance of technical competence as a foundation for effective leadership in specialised sectors.

The PSPC Leadership Induction Program – Batch-3 reflects an ongoing commitment to investing in human capital and strengthening institutional capability. By combining technical training with leadership development, the program aims to support long-term organisational resilience and operational excellence.
