NIBAF Pakistan Enhances Professional Writing Skills in PLIP Batch 3

NIBAF Pakistan recently conducted a dedicated session on Noting & Drafting Skills as part of the PSPC Leadership Induction Program (PLIP) – Batch 3, aimed at strengthening participants’ professional writing, documentation, and official correspondence capabilities. The session was held on January 31, 2026, at the NIBAF Islamabad campus and was facilitated by Mr. Nabeel Ahmed, Deputy Manager at PSPC.

The session focused on equipping participants with practical tools and techniques to enhance their ability to prepare accurate, concise, and professional notes and drafts. Participants were guided through the principles of effective official documentation, including structured writing, clarity of expression, and adherence to organizational protocols.

By providing hands-on guidance and illustrative examples, the training emphasized the importance of precise and well-organized communication in professional settings. The program also covered strategies for improving the efficiency of administrative processes through effective documentation practices.

Through this focused session, NIBAF Pakistan reinforced the value of professional communication skills in enhancing administrative effectiveness, decision-making, and organizational productivity.
