NIBAF Pakistan is conducting a focused training program on Deposit Mobilization for Branch Managers, designed to enhance practical skills and strategic approaches for driving deposit growth at the branch level. The two-day training, held from January 16 to 17, 2026, at the NIBAF Karachi campus, is organized in collaboration with U Microfinance Bank Limited.
The program is led by Mr. Naveed Ilahi Malik, who will provide insights into effective deposit mobilization techniques, emphasizing customer engagement, innovative strategies, and operational best practices to improve branch-level performance. Participants will be exposed to case studies, interactive discussions, and practical exercises aimed at strengthening their ability to attract and retain deposits.
The training focuses on equipping branch managers with actionable skills to boost deposits sustainably while navigating a competitive banking environment. Emphasis is placed on understanding customer behavior, designing attractive deposit products, and leveraging local market dynamics to optimize branch performance.
By enhancing the capacity of branch managers, NIBAF aims to foster stronger institutional growth for U Microfinance Bank, ensuring that its branches remain competitive and capable of contributing meaningfully to the bank’s overall financial objectives. Participants will also gain insights into performance monitoring, risk management, and innovative approaches for meeting targets.
Through programs like this, NIBAF continues to support professional development in Pakistan’s banking sector, providing financial institutions with the human capital necessary to drive strategic initiatives and improve customer satisfaction. The initiative aligns with broader efforts to strengthen the financial sector and promote sustainable growth through well-trained personnel.
