Islamabad, January 19, 2026: NIBAF Pakistan successfully conducted the QA & HSE module as part of the PSPC Leadership Induction Program (PLIP) – Batch-3. Held on January 14, 2026, at NIBAF’s Islamabad campus, the session focused on equipping participants with knowledge and practical skills related to quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental standards within organizational operations.
The module was facilitated by Mr. Aamir Shamas, Manager QA & HSE at PSPC, who guided attendees through best practices in QA frameworks, HSE compliance, and operational risk mitigation. Participants were introduced to methods for enhancing organizational governance, improving workplace safety, and implementing robust quality assurance protocols.
The session emphasized the integration of HSE standards into everyday business practices, highlighting the importance of proactive risk management and compliance in achieving operational excellence. Participants gained insights into auditing procedures, monitoring mechanisms, and reporting frameworks necessary for effective QA and HSE management.
By completing this module, attendees strengthened their understanding of regulatory requirements and practical strategies to enhance safety, quality, and environmental standards within their organizations.
