NIBAF Pakistan Strengthens UBL Islamic Banking Training with ToT Program

NIBAF Pakistan successfully conducted a customized Training of Trainers (ToT) program for UBL Islamic Banking trainers, focusing on strengthening internal training capacity and enhancing instructional effectiveness. The program took place at NIBAF Pakistan’s Karachi campus from December 19–20, 2025, under the guidance of trainer Mufti Muhammad Najeeb Khan.

The two-day program was designed to equip participants with advanced skills in training design, facilitation, and Islamic banking subject-matter expertise. By combining practical methodologies with theoretical knowledge, the ToT initiative enables trainers to effectively transfer knowledge within their respective organizations, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

NIBAF emphasized that the program is part of broader efforts to enhance the capabilities of banking personnel in Islamic finance, ensuring that trainers are well-prepared to deliver high-quality education to employees. Participants engaged in interactive sessions, case studies, and skill-building exercises to strengthen both their technical and instructional competencies.

The initiative reflects NIBAF Pakistan’s ongoing commitment to capacity building within the financial sector and its role as a key enabler of professional development for banking institutions in Pakistan. By enhancing the effectiveness of in-house trainers, organizations like UBL Islamic Banking can improve overall workforce competence and deliver better customer-centric financial services.
