State Bank of Pakistan Launches Survey to Improve EasyData Portal User Experience

8 Views by PakBanker Desk

State Bank of Pakistan has invited users of its EasyData Portal to share their feedback as part of an effort to improve the platform’s functionality and make access to data easier for users. The central bank has asked individuals who have used the portal to share their experience and provide suggestions through a short survey. The feedback initiative focuses on understanding how easily users can find the information they need and identifying areas where the portal can be improved to provide a better overall experience.

EasyData Portal serves as a digital platform for accessing data published by State Bank of Pakistan, allowing users to explore relevant financial and economic information through an online interface. With the latest survey, State Bank of Pakistan is seeking direct input from users regarding their experience with the portal, including the ease of finding required data and any challenges they may have faced while using its features. The survey is intended to help the central bank gather practical feedback from people who interact with the platform and use its available data for different purposes.

State Bank of Pakistan has specifically asked users how easy it was to locate the data they were looking for and what changes could make the EasyData Portal more useful. This approach places user feedback at the centre of efforts to improve the platform, with responses expected to highlight areas related to accessibility, functionality and overall ease of use. The central bank said that the input received through the survey will help improve the portal and support efforts to make it more user friendly for people accessing its data and information online.

The feedback exercise comes as digital platforms continue to play an important role in providing access to financial and economic information. Online data portals can help researchers, businesses, students, financial institutions, policymakers and other users access information without relying on traditional methods of data collection. For users, however, the usefulness of such a platform also depends on how easily information can be searched, understood and accessed. By asking users to share their experiences, State Bank of Pakistan is looking to identify how the EasyData Portal can better meet the needs of people using the platform.

Users who have previously accessed the SBP EasyData Portal are encouraged to participate in the survey and share their views. The questionnaire provides an opportunity for users to explain what worked well during their experience and point out areas where improvements may be needed. State Bank of Pakistan said the responses will support efforts to enhance the portal’s functionality and improve the experience for people looking for data through the digital platform.

The central bank has also shared a short video related to the feedback initiative and directed users to the survey for participation. Through the exercise, State Bank of Pakistan is seeking practical suggestions that can help strengthen the EasyData Portal and make it easier for users to access the data they require. The survey remains focused on gathering direct feedback from portal users, with the information collected expected to support future improvements in the platform’s usability and functionality.
