The National Institute of Banking and Finance, known as NIBAF Pakistan, has scheduled a specialized, face-to-face workshop focused on empowering financial professionals with modern analytical tools. The single-day training session, titled Analyzing and Visualizing in Power BI, aims to help commercial analysts and organizational leaders turn raw company data into clear, interactive visual dashboards. This professional training program is designed to support the growing demand for data-driven strategy and business intelligence across the local financial sector.
The intensive session is scheduled to take place on July 28, 2026, at the NIBAF Pakistan campus located in Karachi. The workshop will start at nine in the morning and run through five in the afternoon. Participation in the masterclass requires a training investment of eighteen thousand Pakistani rupees plus applicable taxes per person. Because this practical training emphasizes hands-on software interaction, seating is limited, and the organizers have requested that all corporate nominations and individual registrations be submitted by the deadline of July 27, 2026.
The workshop will be led by Irfan Bakaly, a highly respected professional in the fields of technology instruction and data systems. Notably, Bakaly was the first individual from Pakistan to receive the prestigious Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award in the Excel category. With over twenty years of experience providing IT and data training to leading corporate organizations, he also manages an active online educational space under the YouTube channel name Irfan Wazir Ali, which features more than five hundred and twenty-five instructional videos.
Throughout the course, participants will move through six structural modules designed to build a solid foundation in data analytics. The session begins with a comprehensive introduction to Power BI analytics, followed by a module on understanding and preparing datasets for analytical processing. After learning how to clean and organize raw facts, attendees will transition to data modeling strategies that allow for deeper, more sophisticated business calculations.
The latter half of the training program focuses heavily on visual presentation and reporting. Participants will master the core concepts of Power BI visualizations, discovering how to map complex financial trends into digestible charts and graphs. The syllabus also covers time-based analysis, allowing managers to track monthly, quarterly, or yearly performance benchmarks. Finally, the day concludes with instruction on publishing and sharing insights securely across corporate networks, enabling teams to collaborate effectively using interactive reports.
By hosting these technical sessions, NIBAF Pakistan continues to support the digital transformation of local businesses and financial houses. For corporate enrollment or inquiries regarding the curriculum, companies can get in touch with the training manager, Azim Zuberi, or coordinate directly with the NIBAF registration office before the nomination window closes.
