NIBAF Pakistan has announced an interactive professional development workshop titled “Unlocking Your Growth Mindset,” scheduled to take place at its Lahore Campus on September 17, 2026. The four hour session will run from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and is designed to help professionals strengthen their approach to learning, personal development and workplace performance. The training investment has been set at PKR 12,000 plus applicable tax per participant, with September 16, 2026, set as the deadline for nominations.
The workshop is aimed at professionals across different stages of their careers, including early career employees, team members, supervisors and emerging leaders. The session will be facilitated by Arooj Waqar, a Soft Skills Trainer and Mindset Coach with 12 years of experience in designing and delivering soft skills workshops. Her work is grounded in neuroscience, while her academic background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and an MPhil in Management Sciences. She combines these areas of education and professional experience in developing learning sessions focused on workplace behaviour, communication, mindset and individual development.
Arooj Waqar also uses Neuro Linguistic Programming tools in her professional work and is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner. Her workshops are designed to be interactive and focus on areas such as psychological safety, excellence, growth mindset and accountability. Through her training approach, participants are encouraged to examine their own behaviours and develop greater awareness of factors that can influence their professional performance.
In addition to group workshops, Arooj Waqar provides one on one coaching designed to support individuals in developing self awareness, managing personal triggers, building confidence and strengthening resilience. Her coaching approach also focuses on helping individuals develop and maintain a growth mindset. This experience forms part of the background she brings to the NIBAF Pakistan workshop in Lahore.
