SECP Notifies 2026 Regulations to Prohibit Ponzi and Pyramid Schemes in Pakistan
The SECP has notified the Companies (Prohibition of Unlawful Activities) Regulations, 2026, banning Ponzi schemes, recruitment-based pyramid models and deceptive marketing practices across physical and digital platforms.
