Designed as an unmanned, 24/7 facility, the center provides customers with round-the-clock access to state-of-the-art in-branch digital solutions.

The Faysal Self-Serve Digital Lobby allows customers to instantly replace their Faysal Debit or Noor cards without waiting in queues. Walk-in customers can receive a new card and complete the process in under five minutes, setting a new benchmark in convenience and efficiency.

The lobby features interactive, biometrically secured self-service kiosks, enabling customers to sign up for new services, access personal account details and certificates, update demographic information, activate cards instantly, and perform a variety of other banking functions in real time.
