NIBAF Pakistan Announces Advanced Excel Training Workshop for HR Professionals in Karachi

The National Institute of Banking and Finance Pakistan has officially introduced a specialized executive training workshop focusing on advanced spreadsheet tools for human resource metrics. The professional development course, titled Excel for HR Tracking, Reporting, and Analysis, is designed to enhance data processing capabilities and automate operational workflows for professionals handling corporate workforce datasets. The practical session aims to bridge the gap between traditional personnel administration and modern, data-driven human resource architecture.

Scheduled to take place on July 28, 2026, at the institute’s dedicated campus facility in Karachi, the full-day training session will run from 09:00 AM until 05:00 PM. The institutional investment for the program is fixed at PKR 18,000 plus applicable taxes per individual participant, with the official deadline for corporate nominations and seat registrations closing on July 27, 2026. The structured curriculum targets individuals managing complex organizational systems, including payroll divisions, talent acquisition managers, compensation analysts, and corporate human resource directors.

The comprehensive syllabus covers essential modern computing competencies, beginning with corporate data structuring and advanced verification techniques. Participants will explore high-level functions such as dynamic array formulas alongside advanced filtering mechanics designed to clean large legacy datasets efficiently. Beyond basic spreadsheet formulas, the program integrates artificial intelligence methodologies, teaching attendees how to utilize advanced language models for formula generation, trend interpretation, automated narrative report writing, and strategic workforce summary compilation.

A significant portion of the training modules targets the creation of executive-level visual interfaces and intelligent tracking infrastructure. Attendees will receive practical training on building interactive operational dashboards that consolidate key performance metrics, employee engagement visuals, and attrition analytics. The training also highlights system automation, offering frameworks for tracking recruitment pipelines, streamlining digital onboarding processes, setting up automated compliance alerts, and maintaining secure, scalable human resource management databases.

The workshop will be conducted by prominent corporate trainer and workforce development consultant Ms. Sumaira Ghouri, who brings more than twelve years of cross-industry expertise spanning the pharmaceutical, textile, and manufacturing sectors. Holding an impressive academic profile including an MS in Business Administration, an MBA focused on human resources and management information systems, and a gold medal in labor law administration, she has successfully trained over 2,500 corporate professionals. Her instructional approach blends technical masterclasses in business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau with practical applications of regulatory frameworks.

By equipping regional human resource divisions with advanced analytical capabilities, the institute intends to cultivate a more resilient corporate ecosystem capable of utilizing intelligent computing for strategic decision-making. The integration of modern data modeling techniques ensures that regional enterprises can optimize talent retention, manage operational payroll expenditures accurately, and present transparent analytical insights directly to executive leadership boards.
