NIBAF Pakistan successfully conducted a specialized two day technical workshop titled “Next Generation Excel: AI Driven Automation” at its Islamabad Campus from September 3 to 4, 2026. The workshop was designed to provide financial sector professionals with practical knowledge of artificial intelligence assisted Excel tools, automated data analysis and advanced reporting techniques that can support their daily financial and operational responsibilities.
The two day hands on and lab based program brought together officers from State Bank of Pakistan, Banking Services Corporation and commercial banks. The workshop provided participants with an opportunity to develop practical skills through technical exercises focused on the use of modern Excel capabilities and artificial intelligence based features. The program was facilitated by Dr. Mehrosh Khalid.
During the workshop, participants were introduced to artificial intelligence assisted Excel features designed to improve the way data is processed and analyzed.
