BankIslami has inaugurated a flagship Priority Banking Experience Centre in Multan as part of its efforts to expand personalised Islamic banking services across South Punjab. The new centre is designed to provide customers with a more convenient and tailored banking experience, offering dedicated relationship support and access to financial solutions structured in accordance with Shariah principles. The launch adds another priority banking touchpoint to BankIslami’s growing network across Pakistan.
The Priority Banking Experience Centre was inaugurated at BankIslami’s Sayadanwala Branch in Multan. The facility is intended to serve customers seeking preferential banking services along with more personalised financial support. Through dedicated relationship management, customers can access services and solutions tailored to their individual financial requirements while maintaining the Shariah-compliant framework offered by the bank.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by senior BankIslami officials, including Kabir Qureshi, Group Head, Distribution & Business Banking; Shahan Mati, Head, SME, Wealth Management & Priority Sales; Gul Hussnain, Branch Banking Head Central 2; and Manoucheher Munawar Siddiqui, Head of Priority Banking Sales. Their participation marked the opening of the new facility and highlighted the bank’s focus on strengthening its priority banking presence outside major financial centres.
Speaking on the occasion, Kabir Qureshi said customers in South Punjab deserve a banking experience designed around their needs and that the new centre has been established to provide that experience. He said BankIslami remains committed to providing high-quality services to its customers while working to make Islamic banking a preferred option. The comments underline the bank’s focus on combining dedicated customer support with its Shariah-compliant banking model.
The new centre will provide customers with access to bespoke services and tailored financial solutions through dedicated relationship support. Priority banking services are generally designed to provide customers with more direct engagement and specialised assistance, and BankIslami said the Multan facility would offer this approach to customers in South Punjab. The initiative also expands access to the bank’s Islamic financial services for customers in the region.
BankIslami said the Multan launch reflects its continued commitment to expanding the reach of Islamic banking across the country. The bank is strengthening its network of Priority Banking touchpoints as it seeks to provide customers in different markets with access to specialised services. The expansion also supports its broader objective of increasing the availability of banking solutions that operate within Shariah principles.
The inauguration further extends BankIslami’s presence in Multan and reinforces the role of its branch network in delivering specialised banking services. By establishing a dedicated Priority Banking Experience Centre at the Sayadanwala Branch, the bank is creating a specific touchpoint for customers seeking personalised assistance and Shariah-compliant financial solutions. The initiative is aligned with BankIslami’s stated mission of “Saving Humanity from Riba” and its wider focus on the expansion of Islamic banking services in Pakistan.
