NIBAF Pakistan organized an outdoor team-building and hiking expedition for participants of the 28th State Bank Officers Training Scheme (SBOTS-28) at Trail 1 in the Margalla Hills, Islamabad, on August 1, 2026. The activity formed part of the institute’s comprehensive training program, designed to complement classroom learning with practical experiences that strengthen teamwork, leadership, and personal development.
The State Bank Officers Training Scheme is conducted by NIBAF Pakistan to prepare newly inducted officers for careers at the State Bank of Pakistan. Through a combination of academic instruction, practical exercises, and experiential learning, NIBAF Pakistan aims to equip participants with the technical knowledge and professional skills required to serve in Pakistan’s central banking system.
