NIBAF Pakistan has announced registrations for its upcoming two day training workshop titled “AI Leadership Code: Strategy, Transformation and Governance,” aimed at equipping professionals and organizational leaders with practical knowledge of artificial intelligence adoption, governance, and strategic implementation. The face to face program will be held on August 17 and 18, 2026, at the NIBAF Pakistan Lahore Campus, with sessions running from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.
The workshop has been designed to help participants understand how artificial intelligence is reshaping organizations and decision making across industries. As businesses and financial institutions continue integrating AI into their operations, leaders are increasingly required to develop strategies that balance technological advancement with governance, ethics, and long term business objectives. The training will focus on developing leadership capabilities that enable organizations to manage AI driven transformation while maintaining effective governance frameworks.
The program will be facilitated by Dr. Jibran Bashir, Founder of the Jibran Bashir Leadership Institute and Highly Keen Management Institute. With more than two decades of experience as a business consultant, corporate trainer, leadership coach, speaker, and author, Dr. Bashir has trained over 35,000 professionals, consulted more than 165 organizations, and coached over 400 chief executive officers. He holds a Ph.D. in Leadership (Honoris Causa) from MasterMinds Business School, United Kingdom, along with professional certifications from LUMS, Harvard Business School, USAII, and the London School of Economics. He is also a Rector Medalist Business Graduate from the University of Management and Technology and has authored several books and research papers on leadership, governance, management, and organizational transformation.
NIBAF Pakistan stated that the workshop is intended for professionals seeking to strengthen their understanding of AI strategy and its practical application within modern organizations. Participants will explore leadership approaches for managing digital transformation, developing AI governance frameworks, and aligning artificial intelligence initiatives with broader business goals. The program also aims to help organizations prepare for emerging opportunities and challenges associated with the growing adoption of AI technologies.
The training investment has been set at PKR 30,000 plus applicable tax per participant per day. NIBAF Pakistan has announced that nominations for the workshop will remain open until August 13, 2026. Interested organizations and professionals can submit their nominations through the institute’s registration channels before the closing date.
