NIBAF Pakistan Conducts Team Building Workshop for PSPC Junior Staff

NIBAF Pakistan has successfully conducted a specialized interactive workshop on “Team Building for Junior Staff” for the Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (PSPC), as part of its continued efforts to support organizational development and institutional effectiveness. The workshop was designed specifically for junior staff members of PSPC and was held face to face at the organization’s Karachi premises.

The programme took place on August 31, 2026, with junior staff of Pakistan Security Printing Corporation participating in the session. The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Tanzeel Raza, who led the participants through activities and discussions focused on strengthening teamwork and improving collaboration within the workplace.

Effective teamwork is an important element of operational efficiency, particularly in organizations where employees work together across different functions and responsibilities. The workshop focused on providing junior staff with practical tools that can help them work more effectively as teams while developing stronger professional relationships with their colleagues.

Clear communication was another key area addressed during the workshop. Effective communication can help employees understand responsibilities, coordinate tasks and respond more effectively to workplace requirements. The session provided participants with an opportunity to explore ways of improving communication and building stronger cooperation among team members.

The workshop also focused on mutual trust and cross functional collaboration. By encouraging employees to work together and understand different perspectives, the programme aimed to strengthen coordination and create a more supportive working environment. These elements are particularly important for junior staff as they develop their professional capabilities and become more actively involved in organizational operations.

Problem solving under operational demands was also included among the areas covered during the session. Participants were provided with practical approaches to working collectively when dealing with workplace challenges. The focus remained on teamwork and collaboration as tools for addressing operational requirements and improving overall team performance.

NIBAF Pakistan said such customized learning interventions form part of its broader commitment to supporting key financial and national institutions. By designing programmes around the specific requirements of participating organizations, the institute continues to provide capacity building and organizational development support tailored to workplace needs.

The Team Building for Junior Staff programme at PSPC reflects the importance of developing people alongside organizational processes. Strengthening communication, collaboration, mutual trust and problem solving among junior employees can contribute to a positive workplace culture while supporting more effective day to day operations.

Through initiatives such as this workshop, NIBAF Pakistan continues to work with institutions to strengthen professional capabilities and organizational effectiveness. The institute remains focused on delivering tailored capacity building interventions that address the practical development needs of employees and support stronger institutional performance.
