EXIM Bank of Pakistan, in collaboration with NIBAF Pakistan, has announced the launch of its Talent Acquisition Program (TAP-2026), inviting applications for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO). The program is designed to provide fresh graduates and early-career professionals with an opportunity to join Pakistan’s official Export Credit Agency, contributing to an export-led and sustainable economic future. NIBAF Pakistan is facilitating the application process, helping prospective candidates navigate entry into one of the country’s leading financial institutions.
TAP-2026 aims to go beyond traditional career pathways by offering a structured program that combines bank-sponsored training, cross-functional exposure, and accelerated career progression. Candidates accepted into the program will benefit from a competitive salary, allowances, and additional employee benefits, ensuring both professional development and financial stability during their training period. The program emphasizes a hands-on approach, preparing candidates to handle multiple aspects of trade and export finance in a dynamic banking environment.
Eligibility for the program requires candidates to have completed a minimum of 16 years of formal education. The program welcomes fresh graduates as well as early-career professionals who demonstrate strong academic performance, with a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale. The age limit as of April 19, 2026, is set at a maximum of 28 years for male candidates and 30 years for female candidates, allowing a broad pool of young talent to apply and contribute to the growth of Pakistan’s trade finance ecosystem.
EXIM Bank Pakistan has highlighted that TAP-2026 is not only a gateway to a career in banking but also a platform to cultivate leadership and operational expertise in trade finance. Participants will gain exposure to the Bank’s core operations, including risk management, export financing, and international trade facilitation. The program’s cross-functional design ensures that candidates rotate across departments, gaining insights into various banking functions while developing skills that will prepare them for senior roles in the future.
The initiative reflects the Bank’s broader commitment to strengthening Pakistan’s financial sector by attracting skilled young professionals and embedding talent into key operational and strategic areas. Through this program, EXIM Bank is reinforcing its role as a catalyst for sustainable economic growth, aligning human capital development with the nation’s trade expansion objectives.
Applications are now open through NIBAF Pakistan, providing interested candidates with the opportunity to participate in a competitive selection process for a prestigious position in Pakistan’s financial sector. The Bank encourages ambitious, motivated, and talented individuals to apply, offering a chance to build a rewarding career while contributing to the country’s export-led growth strategy. TAP-2026 represents a strategic effort to cultivate the next generation of trade and finance leaders who are equipped to navigate the complexities of modern banking while supporting Pakistan’s position in global trade networks.
