Meezan Bank Launches First 24/7 Service Center at Clifton Bridge Karachi

Meezan Bank has launched its first Meezan Service Center at Clifton Bridge in Karachi, introducing a 24/7 banking facility designed to provide customers with greater access to essential banking services beyond conventional branch operating hours. The new facility brings together multiple self-service and assisted banking options, offering customers a more flexible way to carry out routine transactions.

The Meezan Service Center provides ATM services along with cash deposit, cheque deposit and cheque encashment facilities. Customers will also have access to Virtual Teller services, expanding the range of banking activities available through the new facility. The combination of these services is intended to provide greater convenience for customers who require access to banking facilities outside traditional branch timings.

The launch forms part of Meezan Bank’s efforts to provide customers with more accessible banking channels and improve the overall service experience. By making selected services available around the clock, the Service Center provides an alternative to conventional branch-based banking and allows customers to conduct certain transactions at times that are more convenient for them.

Dr. Syed Amir Ali, President and CEO of Meezan Bank, has shared the vision behind the launch of the Meezan Service Center and its significance for the bank’s approach to customer service. The initiative reflects a focus on providing customers with greater flexibility while incorporating technology-enabled facilities into the banking experience.

Located at Clifton Bridge, Karachi, the new Service Center is designed to provide continuous access to selected banking services. Its 24/7 availability can be particularly useful for customers who need to make cash deposits, deposit or encash cheques, or access ATM services outside normal banking hours.

The introduction of Virtual Teller facilities also adds an assisted digital component to the Service Center. The facility combines conventional transaction requirements with technology-enabled service delivery, giving customers access to a wider range of banking options from a single location.

Meezan Bank’s new Service Center comes as banking customers increasingly seek faster and more flexible ways to access financial services. While digital banking applications and online platforms have expanded access to banking, physical service points continue to play an important role for transactions that require cash, cheques or other forms of assisted service.

The Clifton Bridge facility provides Meezan Bank with a dedicated location where customers can access selected services around the clock. The launch also adds another channel to the bank’s existing branch and digital banking network, giving customers more options based on the type of transaction they need to perform.

The bank has positioned the new facility around the concept of smarter banking, with the 24/7 model focused on accessibility and convenience. Through ATM, cash deposit, cheque deposit and encashment, and Virtual Teller facilities, the Service Center is intended to make routine banking services easier to access.

With its first Meezan Service Center now operational at Clifton Bridge in Karachi, Meezan Bank is expanding its customer service model beyond conventional banking hours. The launch represents a move toward greater availability of banking services through a combination of self-service and technology-enabled facilities, giving customers more flexibility in how and when they access selected banking services.
