NIBAF Pakistan Announces AI And Business Intelligence Data Modeling Workshop In Karachi

NIBAF Pakistan has announced a specialised two-day training workshop on Data Modeling Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Business Intelligence (BI), aimed at helping professionals strengthen their analytical and data management capabilities. The workshop will take place on August 5 and August 6, 2026, at the NIBAF Pakistan Karachi Campus through face-to-face sessions, providing participants with practical exposure to modern data modelling techniques and business intelligence tools.

As organisations increasingly rely on data-driven decision-making, the demand for professionals with expertise in artificial intelligence, analytics and business intelligence continues to grow. The workshop has been designed to equip participants with practical knowledge of data modelling concepts that support business reporting, operational planning and informed decision-making across financial and corporate environments.

The programme will run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on both days, with a training investment of PKR 36,000 plus applicable taxes per participant. NIBAF Pakistan has announced August 4, 2026, as the final date for nominations, allowing organisations and professionals to register before the workshop begins.

The training will be facilitated by Irfan Bakaly, a technology trainer with more than two decades of professional experience in delivering technical education and corporate training programmes. He is recognised as Pakistan’s first recipient of the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award in the Excel category, reflecting his expertise in data analysis, spreadsheet technologies and business intelligence solutions.

Over the course of his career, Irfan Bakaly has delivered training programmes for numerous public and private sector organisations while helping professionals develop practical skills in analytics, automation and data management. He also operates an educational YouTube channel under the name “Irfan Wazir Ali,” where he has published more than 525 tutorial videos covering a wide range of technology and productivity topics.

The workshop is expected to introduce participants to modern approaches for designing efficient data models that can support artificial intelligence applications and business intelligence platforms. Data modelling serves as the foundation for organising, managing and analysing structured information, enabling organisations to generate accurate reports, improve forecasting and strengthen operational decision-making.

Participants are also expected to gain a better understanding of how artificial intelligence technologies and business intelligence tools can be integrated into organisational workflows to improve productivity and extract meaningful insights from large datasets. Such capabilities are becoming increasingly valuable across industries as businesses continue investing in digital transformation initiatives and advanced analytics platforms.

Professional development programmes focusing on AI and business intelligence have become increasingly important for organisations seeking to strengthen digital capabilities and improve operational efficiency. Financial institutions, government organisations and private enterprises are expanding investments in data-driven technologies, creating greater demand for professionals equipped with practical analytical skills.

NIBAF Pakistan continues to support capacity building across Pakistan’s financial and corporate sectors through specialised training programmes covering digital technologies, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, governance, compliance and professional development. By collaborating with experienced industry practitioners and technology experts, the institute aims to equip professionals with the knowledge required to adapt to the rapidly evolving digital economy while strengthening analytical capabilities and technology adoption across organisations.
