Pakistani financial technology company ABHI has partnered with Saudi based NOX Group to provide employees with greater financial flexibility through its Earned Wage Access solution. Under the partnership, employees of NOX Group will be able to access a portion of their salary that they have already earned before their regular payday, giving them additional flexibility when managing their cash flow and financial requirements.
ABHI, which describes itself as Pakistan’s first financial wellness platform and an embedded financial technology company, announced the partnership on August 27, 2026. The arrangement expands the use of ABHI’s Earned Wage Access service in Saudi Arabia and provides NOX Group employees with access to part of their earned wages in real time rather than requiring them to wait until the scheduled salary payment date.
Earned Wage Access allows employees to access wages they have already earned during a pay cycle before their normal payday. Through the partnership, NOX Group employees can use this facility to manage their financial needs with greater flexibility. The service is intended to give workers more control over the timing of their income while remaining linked to their regular earned salary.
Omair Ansari, Co Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ABHI, said financial wellbeing begins with greater control over income that employees have already earned. He said ABHI believes employees should have the flexibility to access their earned wages when required instead of being restricted by a fixed payday. Ansari added that the partnership with NOX Group reflects a shared focus on creating a more supportive employee experience in which financial flexibility forms part of the workplace environment.
The partnership comes as Saudi Arabia continues to advance the objectives of Vision 2030, with employers increasingly looking beyond traditional salary packages when developing employee experiences. According to the statement, financial wellbeing is becoming an important component of this shift, with businesses exploring technology enabled services that can provide workers with greater flexibility and financial support.
ABHI is building financial technology infrastructure aimed at expanding access to financial services across emerging markets. Its product offering includes Earned Wage Access, payroll processing, payroll financing and small and medium enterprise financing. These services are designed to provide businesses and their employees with additional financial flexibility while supporting companies with payroll and financing requirements.
The company was founded in 2021 by Omair Ansari and Ali Ladhubhai. Since its establishment, ABHI has expanded its operations beyond Pakistan into the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Oman. The company said it has partnered with more than 7,000 businesses and serves over 1 million users across the region.
The partnership with NOX Group adds another Saudi based business relationship to ABHI’s regional operations. By providing Earned Wage Access to employees, the fintech is extending one of its core financial technology services to another business group in the Saudi market.
The development also follows ABHI’s recent corporate expansion plans. In August 2026, ABHI Bank announced its intention to seek a listing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange and raise approximately Rs2 billion to Rs3 billion through an Initial Public Offering. The announcement followed the company’s acquisition and turnaround of a bank, which took place around February 2025.
ABHI’s latest partnership reflects the company’s broader expansion across the Gulf region and its focus on financial technology services for businesses and their employees. The agreement with NOX Group provides employees with access to earned wages before their standard payday, while giving the Pakistani fintech another opportunity to deploy its financial wellness technology in Saudi Arabia.
For NOX Group, the Earned Wage Access facility adds a technology based financial benefit to its employee offering. For ABHI, the partnership further extends its presence in Saudi Arabia as the company continues developing its operations across emerging markets and expanding the use of its payroll and financial technology services.
