Bank of Khyber has unveiled a strategic collaboration with Mastercard, introducing a nationwide discount campaign that offers up to 50 percent savings across leading fashion, dining and e-commerce brands. The initiative runs until the third day of Eid-ul-Fitr and positions the BoK Mastercard Debit Card as a lifestyle-focused payment tool designed to deliver enhanced value during Ramazan and the festive season.
The campaign spans premium retail outlets, technology stores and well-known restaurant chains, aiming to combine digital payments with immediate consumer benefits. Through this partnership, the bank is seeking to reinforce card-based transactions while incentivising everyday spending with structured rewards.
Central to the campaign is a tiered benefit model that differentiates rewards across Classic, Gold and Platinum Mastercard Debit Cards. The structure recognises varying customer segments and transaction profiles, offering progressively higher discounts and transaction limits based on card category.
Platinum Debit Cardholders receive the most extensive benefits, with access to discounts of up to 50 percent and the highest transaction allowances. Gold Debit Cardholders are eligible for discounts of up to 25 percent across participating brands, while Classic Debit Cardholders can avail up to 10 percent savings on selected lifestyle categories nationwide. The tiered design aims to reward customer loyalty while encouraging digital payment adoption across income brackets.
To structure engagement throughout the week, the bank has introduced themed daily offers across dining, retail and e-commerce platforms. On Mondays and Tuesdays, customers can dine at Monal or Carnival Restaurant by Monal, where Platinum cardholders can receive up to 50 percent discount. Classic and Gold cardholders are limited to four transactions, while Platinum users can avail up to eight.
Midweek offers on Wednesdays and Thursdays include Asian Wok, Chief Burger, Chief Grill and Chief Ring Road, maintaining the same tier-based structure and transaction limits. On Thursdays, the focus shifts to retail and online shopping, with discounts at Khaadi and Daraz. Transaction caps vary by card tier, with Platinum cardholders eligible for savings up to Rs. 5,000 at Khaadi and Rs. 2,500 at Daraz, Gold cardholders up to Rs. 2,000 and Rs. 1,500 respectively, and Classic cardholders up to Rs. 1,000 and Rs. 500. A maximum of four transactions applies.
Fridays and Saturdays highlight dining at Tim Hortons under the same tiered model, while Saturday also features style and technology brands including AYS Electronics and Ideas by Gul Ahmed, again with defined discount caps and a four-transaction limit. In Peshawar, weekend dining at Kabir’s Restaurant extends the Platinum 50 percent offer with similar transaction rules.
A dedicated Ramazan-only benefit further enhances the campaign. Platinum cardholders can avail 50 percent off on Family Festival Deal 3 at KFC for one transaction and 50 percent off at The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf for one transaction daily throughout Ramazan.
The initiative underscores Bank of Khyber’s strategy to integrate digital banking products with seasonal consumer demand. By linking debit card usage to tangible savings across food, fashion and online commerce, the bank is positioning its Mastercard portfolio as both a payment instrument and a financial value proposition during one of the most active retail periods of the year.
