NIBAF Pakistan To Host Building Bridges Workshop On Gender Inclusivity In The Workplace

NIBAF Pakistan has announced a specialized one day training workshop titled “Building Bridges: Fostering Gender Inclusivity in the Workplace,” aimed at helping organizations strengthen inclusive workplace practices and build more equitable professional environments. The face to face training session will be held on August 11, 2026, at the NIBAF Pakistan Karachi Campus, bringing together professionals interested in advancing diversity, inclusion, and organizational development.

The workshop has been designed to provide participants with practical knowledge and strategies for promoting gender inclusivity across workplaces. As organizations continue to place greater emphasis on diversity, employee engagement, and sustainable business practices, creating inclusive work environments has become an important element of organizational success. The program will explore approaches that encourage equal opportunities, strengthen workplace collaboration, and support a culture where employees can contribute effectively regardless of gender.

The session will be facilitated by Sohail Muhammad Ali, a capacity building and gender specialist with more than two decades of experience in gender, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), research, and human resource development. Since 2000, he has worked across the public, private, and social development sectors, delivering training and capacity building initiatives focused on organizational improvement and inclusive development. His qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Participatory Communication from Ohio University in the United States and an Advanced Diploma in Leadership Skills from Coghill and Berry in London, reflecting his international academic and professional exposure.

NIBAF Pakistan stated that the workshop aims to help participants better understand the principles of workplace inclusivity while strengthening leadership capabilities related to diversity and organizational culture. Participants will gain practical insights into creating respectful workplaces, improving collaboration among teams, and aligning organizational practices with internationally recognized inclusion and sustainability principles. The program is expected to benefit professionals responsible for leadership, human resources, learning and development, and organizational management.

The one day workshop will run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a training investment of PKR 20,000 plus applicable tax per participant. NIBAF Pakistan has announced August 10, 2026, as the final date for nominations. Interested individuals and organizations can register through the institute before the nomination deadline to secure participation in the program.

Through specialized learning initiatives such as this workshop, NIBAF Pakistan continues to expand its professional development portfolio by addressing emerging workplace priorities alongside technical and financial sector training. By offering programs focused on leadership, diversity, governance, and organizational effectiveness, the institute aims to support institutions in building inclusive workplaces that encourage collaboration, strengthen employee engagement, and contribute to sustainable organizational growth across Pakistan’s banking and corporate sectors.
