TouchPoint Enables Pakistan’s First Windows 11-Powered DN Series 300 ATM at Meezan Bank

TouchPoint has enabled Pakistan’s first Diebold Nixdorf DN Series 300 ATM at Meezan Bank, marking a new development in the country’s self-service banking infrastructure. The ATM is powered by Windows 11 and is designed to support high-volume cash access while improving availability, operational efficiency and branch transformation.

According to TouchPoint, the deployment also marks the first Windows 11-powered ATM in Pakistan. The introduction brings a newer generation of self-service technology to the local banking sector as financial institutions continue to focus on improving customer access to banking services and strengthening the efficiency of their physical banking infrastructure.

The DN Series 300 has been designed for environments with high cash volumes and combines a compact footprint with enhanced cash-handling capabilities. Its smaller physical footprint can help financial institutions make more efficient use of available space while maintaining self-service banking services for customers.

The deployment at Meezan Bank is intended to support the growing demand for convenient and secure access to cash. By introducing the DN Series 300, TouchPoint is bringing a technology platform to Pakistan that is designed to improve cash availability and operational performance while supporting the evolution of branch-based banking services.

The ATM’s Windows 11 platform is another notable element of the deployment, representing a shift toward newer operating technology within Pakistan’s ATM network. TouchPoint said the solution is designed to provide banks with a future-ready platform that can contribute to improved customer experiences and more efficient self-service operations.

The DN Series 300 also supports wider branch transformation efforts by providing a compact ATM solution for financial institutions seeking to optimise their banking locations. Its combination of cash-handling capabilities, space efficiency and self-service functionality positions it as an option for high-volume banking environments.

The enablement at Meezan Bank adds to the development of Pakistan’s ATM and self-service banking ecosystem, where banks are increasingly using technology to improve access, availability and operational efficiency. The introduction of the DN Series 300 provides another example of how newer ATM platforms are being incorporated into the country’s banking infrastructure.

TouchPoint said the deployment represents a step toward next-generation self-service banking in Pakistan, combining modern operating technology with cash access capabilities and a compact design. The company expects the technology to support banks as they work to improve self-service availability and transform branch operations.
