NIBAF Pakistan is set to conduct a specialized executive online workshop titled “Blockchain for Banking and Finance Professionals” on September 30, 2026. The one-day virtual session is designed for professionals working in banking and finance who want to develop a practical understanding of blockchain and its relevance to financial services. The workshop will be conducted online from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the training investment set at PKR 12,000 plus applicable tax per participant.
The workshop is scheduled as a full-day executive training programme, giving participants an opportunity to explore blockchain-related concepts within the context of banking and financial services. The session will take place through a virtual format, allowing professionals from different locations to participate without attending a physical training venue. NIBAF Pakistan has set September 29, 2026, as the last date for submitting nominations for the programme.
The workshop will be facilitated by Ahmad Manzoor, a technology entrepreneur, Blockchain Architect and digital transformation leader. His areas of focus include Web3, Artificial Intelligence, blockchain, smart contracts and digital transformation. Manzoor is the Founder and CEO of Web3AI Integrators, Pakistan Blockchain Institute and Research Center, AnZ Technologies, Pakistan Smart Contract Academy and EilaajVerse, with his professional work covering several areas connected with emerging digital technologies.
According to the programme information, Manzoor has also received international recognition for his work in technology and transformation. He has also been listed by Thinkers360 among its Top 10 Thought Leaders in Transformation, Top 10 Thought Leaders in Economics and Top 25 Thought Leaders in AI and Blockchain.
The training programme comes as blockchain continues to form part of discussions around the development of digital financial services and emerging technology applications. For banking and finance professionals, understanding blockchain can involve examining the technology’s underlying structure, digital transactions, smart contracts and its relationship with wider developments in financial technology. The executive format of the NIBAF session is intended to provide professionals with exposure to these areas through a dedicated training programme.
